The Lenox Tools 308042000G 26 Piece Big Daddy Speed Slot Bi-Metal Hole Saw Set features the new Speed Slot Hole Saws by Lenox. The new Speed Slot hole saw outperforms all competitors in wood cutting, plug removal, and metal cutting applications. The patent pending Speed Slot features a staircase design for easy plug removal. The slot is wider than most and is placed lower on the hole saw with multiple leverage points to easily eject the plug with a standard screwdriver. The hole saw is 10-percent taller than the previous model to deliver cleaner cuts through two-by lumber. The Speed Slot efficiently removes saw dust and chips while producing a fast cut and preventing the plug from getting stuck in the saw. Lenox hole saws are very good quality. If you have them all in one case they are better yet!
I suppose if you already own several hole saws, this kit may be too expensive. If you experienced a burglary like I did, and need to replace what you have lost, then this is the answer.
All the saws and arbors are in one blow molded case. The case is a little heavy, but at least you won't be searching for loose saws. They all stack within one another and it is easy to get to the size you need quickly.
I think Amazon.coms direct price is better than this.

Great hole saw set! Very high quality as you would expect from lenox. I do wish it came with the allen wrenches to change out the pilot bits

I first saw this set at a JLC Live show and was pretty impressed.It has most every size you'll need along with several arbors and spare bits all in a nice heavy duty fitted case. The case shown here is NOT the heavy duty side latching case I received with my set, nor is it the once shown in the LENOX catalog. It's a great set if you need a wide range of sizes and having them all in one neat case is a plus. LENOX quality will not dissapoint.
