This is a nice kit for professional daily use. if your a amateur and only using the tools occasionally you would probably be better suited with other kits for the $$$. this kit is durable and expensive does what it says cuts troubleshooting time down for me and always works. what can i say its a Fluke! good products. review the kits careful when selecting the kit their are several.

I originally bought the MS2-100 "kit" which is just the cable verifier then was going to buy the add on MS2-IDK27 remote identifier kit but between the price of the two ended up buying this kit as it has both those parts plus case and probe. Overall it's a nice kit, I purchased it as my company is leasing a suite with lots of network wires that were mislabled, cut, etc and the cost of this will easily pay for itself in tracing all the wires. It also has come in handy to locate breaks in wires. For the average person though it is overkill. For what it does I give it 5 stars but because of the price I'm giving it 4. It's a very simple device and you are paying partially for the name.
